WORK PACKAGE 1

Work Package 1 (WP1) is responsible for coordinating the project's management and ensuring effective communication among partners. Its objectives include financial management, timely reporting, organizing project meetings, facilitating interaction among the Steering Committee and project partners, and coordinating with the External Advisory Group (EAG).

Dissemination

WORK PACKAGE 2

Work Package 2 (WP2) focuses on effectively disseminating Project CORE's ideas, goals, and results to a wide audience. It includes developing a visual identity and website, creating promotional videos and articles, coordinating the communication and dissemination activities of the project, and sharing project outcomes through easily accessible formats on various communication channels.

Monitoring evaluation

WORK PACKAGE 3

Work Package 3 (WP3) focuses on monitoring and evaluating the project's implementation to ensure it meets its objectives. It involves community participation, a mixed methods approach for monitoring and evaluation, training and capacity building evaluation, field activities evaluation, and milestone tracking.

WORK PACKAGE 4

Work Package 4 (WP4) focuses on increasing the capacity of Community Health Workers (CHWs) in participating organizations to promote and conduct community-led and community-based interventions targeting individuals facing intersectional vulnerabilities.
The objective is to enhance the effectiveness of prevention, testing, and linkage to care efforts for HIV/AIDS, TB, and STIs among these populations. WP4 aims to identify areas where the HIV response is not effectively reaching its intended targets and understand the reasons behind these gaps.

WORK PACKAGE 5

Work Package 5 (WP5) aims to enhance and expand community-based services for integrated prevention, testing, linkage to care, and treatment adherence. WP5 harmonizes testing and linkage to care data, develops a peer program manual, assesses strategies for scaling up health pathways, and promotes safer behavior and risk reduction. For this the COBATEST network tools will be used and adapted as necessary. The activities are implemented by 14 community-based organizations across 12 European countries.

Stakeholder engagement

WORK PACKAGE 6

Work Package 6 (WP6) focuses on engaging stakeholders and promoting the recognition of community-led and community-based services in policy development and service provision. The objective is to ensure that project activities are relevant, reach underserved populations, and garner support for the sustainability and scalability of interventions. WP6 facilitates dialogue, knowledge exchange, and networking among stakeholders, aiming to enhance community participation in national and local programs.

Policy development

WORK PACKAGE 7

Work Package 7 (WP7) aims to establish a comprehensive network covering all 27 EU Member States (MS) to gather data and exchange experiences in the field of the project.It is responsible for mapping and evaluating the legal and policy frameworks that community-led and –based organisations operate in the EU Member States, and based on the findings develop policy recommendations.
